Terms of Service

By visiting, browsing, or using wzzptom.com in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

If you sign up to our mailing list, we send you occasional promotional communications about new kit releases, exclusive offers and industry updates. We may also send them to you if you have bought from us before, about products similar to the ones you purchased. Every email carries an "Unsubscribe" link, and you can opt out at any time.

All products sold on the Site are digital audio files (sample kits, loops, and beats). Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased content under the terms described in Section 3.

Product descriptions and previews are provided in good faith. We do not guarantee that any audio content will be compatible with every digital audio workstation (DAW), though all files are delivered in standard WAV format.

Paid Sample Kits & Loops — Licensed for use in music production. Credit in the form of "Samples by Wzzptom" or "Prod. Wzzptom" is required on all publicly released works incorporating our audio. For releases exceeding 1,000,000 streams or signed to a major/independent label, prior written clearance is required — contact info@wzzptom.com.

Free Kits — Free kits (such as the Wzzptom Intro Sound Kit) are governed by their own license agreement included in the download. They are NOT royalty-free and require prior contact and a 50/50 split for any commercial use. See the notice above for a full summary.

Prohibited Uses (all kits) — You may not resell, re-license, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of the original audio files in their unaltered form. Use in NFTs, AI training datasets, or generative AI systems is strictly prohibited.

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Shopify. We do not store your payment card details.

All products on this Site are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. Under EU consumer law you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase: by completing your order you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. For this reason all sales are final and non-refundable — no exceptions are made for change of mind, compatibility issues, or creative dissatisfaction.

If you receive a corrupted, incomplete, or non-downloadable file, contact us at info@wzzptom.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a replacement immediately.

You may create an account to manage your purchases and access exclusive content. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform, without prior notice.

All audio content, branding, design, and written material on wzzptom.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Wzzptom Productions. You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, or use any portion of this Site or its content without prior written permission.

Wzzptom Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including lost revenue, lost data, or any business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including your statutory guarantee that the products we deliver work as described.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
